(line item #800 on the Good Faith Estimate) and not fees charged by others. 
 
Nothing contained within the guarantee shall be construed as a loan commitment. 
 
Delays occasioned by others, including the borrower, may affect fees and could void the guarantee. 
 
Should borrower change the parameters of the mortgage application, lender fees could be affected that may void the guarantee. 
 
Guarantee payment will only be made upon your loan settlement with HomeSale Mortgage.
